Buderim Real Estate

Buderim Real Estate is enjoying a strong level of buyer inquiry right now. Properties are again selling and prices are good. Local Buderim agents are reporting good prices for properties sold and several of the agents I deal with on a regualr basis say they have never had the results they are getting at this point in time - Even during the height of the property boom.

Possible reasons for the current buyer activity range from an increase in consumer confidence and a slight stabilising of the oil prices, strong demand for rental properties and the general strong housing demand common to most Sunshine Coast areas as people continue to move into the area. House prices start around the mid 300,000's range entry level. A good "average" home is going to run in the $500 - 600k price range. High end properties with views are in the $Millions. The north side of Buderim / Wises rd will soon have direct access to the Maroochydore CBD, this whole area is undergoing major development and you can find some of the cheaper homes in this area on good sized blocks of land. For some this may present a good opportunity to get into the slightly under valued North Buderim. From the north side you have great access to schools and very soon the CBD, a 5 min drive to the beach and some streets give you views to ocean! If there is softening of the real estate market in Australia then at this point in time Buderim has not felt a significant impact.

Adding News Stories To Your Profile

A feature of the site is the ability to enter a news story to your profile. This can be an editorial on a property, news of a new development - Blatant newsworthy self promotion! As long as it is newsworthy it can run - We do have a few guidelines. It should be relative to real estate at some level and be of good standard. New submissions will run through the front page of fastrealestate until new feature stories come in beow to replace them.

Why submit? It will attract people to your profile and help you to get business.

What to submit? Write about a feature listing, write about your area and new developments. Write an article about what a great month in sales you have just had. If you have some interesting real estate news this is a great way to gain online exposure and set yourself up as an authority.
